Vesper was my first level 25, and is my current fodder trainer. Being my first level 25, he has some pretty good experience fighting and is prepared for most battles. He and his familiar work great together in combat, and the two adore taking down enemies together in the coliseum

Diamond is my 2nd level 25, but older than Vesper. As a guard of the clan's cave entrance, he keeps lookout for any intruders. He also happens to have a tamed mimic for a companion, which helps spotting mimics easier as his familiar knows what each looks like.

Kind of ironic, since Wakazu "clan" consist of none but warriors. It is always a trio, no less, no more.

Nefertema, the sun cultist (NOT Lightweaver's) and team medic
The trio protects Meandric Crypt, and by extension the rest of the Sea of a Thousand Currents. All of them are seasoned brawlers, capable of dealing with the most fearsome beasts world has to offer with little to no effort. For a long while the team's top interest is challenging the twelve-headed Emperor, luckly for the world they haven't yet figured out where to find one.

Crestdancer is the residence combat specialist/trainer. he's seen action against the maren, retiring only after the rest of his unit was wiped out, leaving him the only surivor. he doesn't like to talk about the wars, but he does .. somewhat reluctantly, make sure everyone in the lair has at least basic combat training

Icyou is young, but makes the perfect sentry. no one can sneak up on someone with so many eyes, and if his weren't enough, his familiar helps out too. yes.. yes i do have eyes in the back of my head.. and on my tail too..

One of the fiercest fighters in the clan, Vespers is actually part of an all Fae combat team. including her sister Eclaire, and their good friend Reason. Even Imperials tremble when these three or on the warparth

During this time of the year, the flat-bodied sand gliders aka "carpets" are particularly common and they like to rustle around beneath the sand. They feed on small prey by ambushing it from below but unfortunately for them, the majority of non-arthropod people living in the oasis are too big for them which means they just panic and flee. The problem however is the fact that they're perfectly adapted for sand movement, and when there's a dozen of them in the same place, they tend to stir up quite a dusty ruckus.

Then this lady (and several other cleaners) come into play. Since the carpet mimics are really good at mimicry, they can quite successfully hide themselves among hung carpets or rolled-up carpets and fool those who are not good at noticing the little physical differences and anatomical features of a carpet mimic when compared to an inanimate carpet. If some play dead, you can imagine the surprise when you start dusting one or washing them, just for them to freak out. Hapu Autitt just takes her broom and swats them until they flee. Although we try to avoid feeding them because they're really greedy and ravenous, some more polite carpets get snacks.

Sometimes, Nebet Taui finds a carpet mimic lying in the pool to cool off and it gets him every time.
The serpent-like mimics are found around here all the time and can be quite startling once you open a grain basket, canopic jar, pot or amphora and one just slithers out.
