Broken Sculpture Overview
- An antique-based subspecies of Gaolers with flexible lore
- Has specific genes and submorphs for further categorization
- Distinct requirements that nonetheless allow for some flexibility and creativity.
- This subspecies is EXCLUSIVELY for Gaolers!
- This is JUST FOR FUNSIES right now, I just really liked the aesthetic and want to see more of it.
- Your dragon DOES NOT NEED to be descended purely from others of this subspecies to qualify. Again, this is for funsies! Exclusion isn't fun.
Lore
Before the Ancients returned, the relics of their presence lay scattered about Sornieth. Buried under rubble and undergrowth were sculptures and recreations of these beasts, rendered in any material at hand by those that had hands to craft. Abandoned over time and subjected to the elements, they were worn down and eroded, cracked and damaged beyond repair.
And then… a change.
With the rising Bounty of the Elements, magic surged through the earth itself, and in some places it reached these statues, these sculptures, these delicate figurines and enduring monuments. Suddenly those Beastclan artists were drawn back to the creations of their ancestors and began repairing them, seeking warnings and omens in their rendering - for what dragons were these, that they had never seen but their ancestors had known so well?
Perhaps it was magic, or some blessing of craftsmanship, but when the Ancients began their trek back into Greater Sornieth, those pieces that had signaled their arrival walked with them.

- Broken Sculpture Gaolers are magically animated renditions of Gaoler Dragons, categorized by wear, tear, and repair.
- They are noted as being slower to react to things and less inclined to hunt or engage in battle, but are also more patient, observant, and capable of more brute force than standard Gaoler.
- Unlike standard Gaolers, they can come in ANY SIZE and can be either giants or miniatures, along with anything in between!
I'm cleaning up my lair, no hatchery projects atm!
