They don't care for dominance or war, they care about shinies! They do like trading, selling and buying stuff, whatever they think they can wear or keep makes a fine item to acquire. They tend to be hoarders which can be either good or a nightmare to their clanmates. Faennecs get lost in their giant piles of items and trinkets sometimes. Even though Faennecs have a well structured familiar like caravan way of life, some of them will go rogue motivated by greed and because they are neutral by nature they might end up as [b]outlaws[/b] if given the chance go get rich by doing so. There are stories of hostile Faennecs that abandoned their original caravans to form gangs in the desert Very adapted to harsh life conditions Faennecs will lead their caravans all the way to the borders of Dragonhome but never really leaving the Earthshaker's domains, with the exception of rare adventurous individuals. [center][font=cambria][size=7]Society:[/size][/center] They are normally led by the most experienced couple of the caravan, matriarchs and patriarchs will often sit in big pillows on top of the caravan while their sons and relatives carry them through the desert obeying their will. Even though Faennecs are nomads they like to keep safe dens around their routes where they keep their treasure and can sleep in comfy beds for a few days before going back to their journey. Faennecs tend to be open minded and it's not uncommon for them to accept other breeds into their caravans as allies or friends. The Caravan is their family and they proudly present themselves as their name + the group's name when meeting new people. They say a Faennec is born either under the symbol of a moth or a snake, the most fortunated of all are born under the rare symbol of a Buttersnake. Elders tell that the Buttersnake star only shows up after a sandstorm. It´s blessing will give the hatchlings a successful career as a trader and large hoards...some believe they even get special powers from the Buttersnake! Some reckless (often desperated) parents will follow bad weather in search of a sandstorm so their eggs may hatch and lead the family to a better future. [b]Rogues:[/b] Are how Faennecs without caravans are called, they are not trusted by those who live following the traditions and have a family group for backup. Because Faennecs are so social even rogues will team up together to live and come up with their own rules and way of life. As a general rule Faennecs are happier when they have a clan they can rely on and many many shiny items to call their own! [center][font=cambria][size=7]Other:[/size][/center] [LIST] [*] Moths, Snakes and Buttersnakes are considered special animals by them and they would NEVER harm them, in fact, it's easier to see Fannecs worshipping or saving them than anything else [*] There are no naming rules for Faennecs, feel free to follow your heart!
