First off, the white apparel contrasts his primary and secondary too much. Second, why are his eyes [i]pink[/i] of all colours!!?!? Absolutely outrageous. Whoever hatched him should be ashamed.[/center]

Disgusting. Looks like a psychopath due to how much he looks like he has a straitjacket on. Pink eyes? Creepy. Looks right into your soul. Probably a criminal, caught him looking at me way to many times to be comfortable with. 0/5 stars.

By Glittermom, this man is even worse then I initially thought! When I went to speak with him last, he shut the door on me! I was right there! He must have noticed me trying to reach out. The absolute audacity. Truly I cannot fathom how the city justifies employing this man. Terrible.
