amphitrite's a maren, so... yea she's basically a mermaid. she's a sorceress living in the leviathan trench, but she's chosen to ally herself with the clan - no one sure if it's for her or their sake, though...

kotori isn't a mermaid herself, but she's grown up around maren clans and as a result, has on occasions managed to secure alliances and friendships between them and the clan. they've taught her to tame seabirds, and - being a water dragon herself - she certainly doesn't mind swimming along with them once in a while.[/center]

She's become somewhat of a gentle Leviathan for my clan, with her cryogenic capsule liquid and pearl-smooth scales. While not a mermaid, she attends a lot of Mer-Meetings to discuss important territory aspects and things regarding the Tide Dad...

One of my newest buys (with and without apparel)! He's a true Leviathan, as you can tell my his lack of hind limbs and wings, instead sporting some rather regal and efficient fins. He's been hatched by a Maren who found a water egg, and raised to become something of a guard dog, so now that he's free of that life he's having a hard time adapting to normal life, but he's trying!
