They are described as “dragons who have a glass belly filled with some liquid; they seem to have a unique smell depending on their liquid, and are much more expressive than normal dragons”. It has been noticed that this liquid is drinkable, though not all liquids are meant to be drank. A liquid’s color can define its function and the dragon’s personality. Though, to be able to drink the liquid, a dragon must earn the Teacup’s trust, or even affection, as this liquid takes a lot of time to be regenerated. It is said that this liquid can improve a dragon’s mood and cure the sickly. Though, on rare occasions, it can do the opposite, by poisoning or affecting a dragon’s emotional state. Teacups within this liquid range tend to be quite ambitious and wise. The liquid helps calm a dragon down when in distress. ----- [font=lucida grande][size=4]Cobalt – Teal Teacups within the blue liquid range are reserved, and will only express themselves to those they trust. Their liquid helps to relieve stress and for a dragon’s better sleep. ----- [font=lucida grande][size=4]Pistachio – Pear Those of the green ranged liquids are very peaceful, which makes them the easiest to be around with. Their liquid has an earthy flavor, and it is said to improve a dragon’s mental function. ----- [font=lucida grande][size=4]Amber – Tangerine The biggest range of the bunch, these are usually very energetic and spread a lot of happiness to others. Very fun to spend time with. Their liquid greatly improves a dragon’s energy and motivation. ----- [font=lucida grande][size=4]Cinnamon – Copper Highly intelligent and creative ones, these are by far the most expressive, as they can communicate a lot through various means. Usually smells like chocolate or coffee. They do not provide any significant benefits, but some say that their liquid is either “refreshing” and “a mood lifter”. ----- [font=lucida grande][size=4]Ruby - Carmine Often have a bit of a snarky attitude, but no worries, they mean no harm. Associated with antiviral benefits and are preferred for Hatchling’s health improvement. ----- [font=lucida grande][size=4]Cottoncandy - Pearl Now while these are not really anything beneficial, the pink ranged ones are often more affectionate than your average dragon. Often referred as “love potions” due to this fact. Always have a sweet smell. ----- [font=lucida grande][size=4]“If my Teacup has none of those colors, does it scratch it out of being a Teacup?” No! It is still a teacup, but their liquid is undrinkable and can end up poisoning a dragon. They aren’t necessarily evil, but you can give your Teacup any personality! As a pokemon fan, this makes me want a Sinistea dragon. I made a scry for a Polteageist one a while back.
