While all dragons love collecting things, Faery Bottles are somewhat of hoarders, even among normal dragons. They will store everything they can in bottles, and also act as a bottle for their most valuable items.
Faery Bottles seem to originate from adding too much magic to glass. Lightning Flight’s experiments, Ice’s crystals can fuse with glass, Fire’s glass industry, Arcane’s energy, and Earth’s quartz crystals can create this, however, Faery Bottles may be any flight.
While Faery hordes may look valuable and a perfect target for thievery, stealing from a Faery Bottle will always result in it tracking the thief and attacking them with bottled magics and items. Faery Bottles will layout elaborate arrangements of glass shards suspended on wire or rope that acts as both a display for friends and loved ones, and a record of visitors, allowing for them to almost always track down a thief, however, if the thief gets away quick enough, or manages to turn invisible or have some similar ability, then a Faery Bottle cannot track them.
A Faery Bottle will not allow anyone, not even a fellow clan member, near them or their horde if that clan member has stolen. Anyone who angers a Faery Bottle must watch their back, lest the Faery unleash a bottled curse or something more vile.
Due to Faery Bottles being made of glass, they prefer not to attack directly, but instead throw bottled magics and items into a fray, creating chaos on any battlefield. While being weak physically, Faery Bottles are nearly impervious to magic, due to being able to bottle it and throw it back, however, they can still be blindsided by a skilled magician.
Faery Bottles will generally keep to themselves in a clan, but will take up a mate who appreciates their collection and unique abilities. Faery Bottles
will often venture out to collect interesting items.
