admittedly, i'm not too big on gaoler secondaries, but i love the patterns on peregrine! Heck yeah!!! I like the pattern especially on brighter colours, though it does work well on dark colours on the cooler end of the spectrum

I have a definite preference for secondaries that have appreciable effects on the mane, but some are really hit-and-miss on that; hex gives some a lovely sun-dappled effect and on others can't be seen at all, for example. Peregrine and striation sometimes have lovely effects, but it's restricted to just a small area of the mane and sometimes has no appreciable effect. Breakup has great potential, but I'm kind of meh on what it does to the wings. Overall, looking at all of my dragons, I'd have to say I probably lean most towards streak.
