I have a lot less permanent petals than I thought, and literally all four of them are/will be XXX pet/but/glim. I always tell myself not to buy petals since I have enough but apparently that's not true! Same with his other genes, I mean.. Petals, Butterfly, Lace? Sounds like a Nature rep. I have a dragon whose gene plan could potentially include Petals (she's a Nature rep), but I'm not sure.
