Recently, I decided I would try acquiring XXX dragons of every color (because I'm crazy I guess). I'm sure many other people have already accomplished this, but I figured it might be fun to document my undertaking.
Of course XXX dragons are everywhere, so I've set some guidelines for myself to make this a bit more challenging!
1. Dragons must be 25kt/25g or less.
2. The dragon's eye color has to go with the body color - Plague for red dragons, Shadow for purple dragons, etc. I may make exceptions for dragons with genes like Skink or Petals that have very different accent colors.
Not totally sure what Flight to choose for the grays/blacks, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
3. Dragons should be triple-gened.
4. I can't buy a dragon with the intention of gening/regening it.
5. Dragons should not have gene sets, e.g. Petals/Butterfly and Tiger/Stripes. Matching gene dragons are extremely common and personally, I find them less interesting. Plus, it adds to the challenge!
Note:
Please don't try to sell me your XXX dragons because of this thread! A lot of the fun of this is getting to search for the dragons - having them just presented to me isn't nearly as exciting.
Now, let's see where this takes me!
I've already gotten a few dragons for this collection, which I'll show in my next post.
Edit: I've bumped the max price up to 25kt/g to make it marginally easier on myself :v Some colors are apparently very hard to find XXXs of *cough*browns*cough*

also, for the black colors, i recommend earth rare and unusual! they're the closest to black eyes the site has~

This thread inspired me to make a XXX rainbow in my den. The eyes don't all match but that wasn't my top priority.
