Berry, our Chaotic Neutral representative, is the epitome of "will do anything to anyone if it looks like it might be funny". He once tried to throw a gigantic cream pie at the Shadowbinder, which would totally have worked if the wind hadn't started blowing the wrong way all of a sudden. And if the rest of the clan hadn't caught him in the name of not starting a war between Water and Shadow.

Djall is there with Berry in the "will do anything to anyone if it looks like it might be funny" camp. The difference here is that Berry, for all his lack of foresight, doesn't find death, dismemberment, and hurting people in general funny. Djall does.

QUASAR: Chaotic Neutral
He is purely motivated by self-interest, maintaining an aggressive apathy towards the entirety of Sornieth, and most everything beyond it. He is a shapeshifting alien who is stuck here for the foreseeable future, and may or may not be an escaped convict (he stole a good amount of money through clever hacking and the occasional shrewd barter; no lives were lost, not that he would care).
He wants to go home, but he's not very... organized about it. He just wants things done NOW and he wants to WHINE ABOUT IT and he won't do anything without compensation... but he's not, you, know, a bad person....

ZIA: Chaotic Good
And then there's the clan baby, Zia. She's the first daughter of my progenitors, from their very first wee nest when I joined! She's a little spoiled, so unlike her Lawful Good and Lawful Neutral parents, she's quite capricious and does whatever she likes. Luckily, she loves her clan, so her activities are usually in the spirit of making things better for others. Of course, the fallout usually ends in collateral damage and undoing years of careful planning, but hey, it works, right??
And her mate seems to agree....

ZANLAMIN: Chaotic Good
a HA. So you've NOTICED him. He preens, flexing his wings and proudly showing off his flashy clockwork upgrades (which he certainly didn't design, but he'll let you think that). He likes to BARGE IN UNANNOUNCED and show off - he's the strongest dragon in the clan and he KNOWS it. It's all bluster, though. He's enormously good-hearted and would do anything to protect his clan - but he absolutely would not turn away the recognition for it.
More often than not, he supports his mate's misguided attempts to help, and it either helps keep the injuries to a minimum.......... or destroys an entire network of ruins. Listen, that's not HIS fault. He's just ENORMOUSLY POWERFUL! Accidents happen.
And keep happening, and happening.......

I've got two CN reps from the depths of the underworld, so prepare yourselves.

First up is Aggrestiel. The prince of demons, who is literally the smallest fae I can find. Which means, he has a slight Napoleon complex but doesn't tell him that. He's fair in his judgment, and does a lot of things for his own gain, but will make exceptions for those especially close to him. (Which are few and far between)

Then we've got D'arque. Aggrestiel's right-hand man. His court advisor, his majordomo, etc, etc. D'arque wasn't supposed to be immortal but he kinda ended up that way. When he lived in Sorienth as an insane asylum owner (The Maison Des Lunes) he struck up a foul deal with the local towns hero. The whole plan was to lock up the father of the girl that the hero was madly in love with, in order to gain her affections. The plan failed and ended up with him dead and way more than six feet under. But Aggrestiel took pity on the poor guy and promoted him to Court Advisor, and it surprisingly worked out.

Chaotic Neutral
The Patriarch of the Shadowrose clan, and gatekeeper of their archives; a forbidden and sought after treasure of knowledge without equal.
A d'jinn, a blood mage, and to whom reality is but another thing to bend, to manipulate like any other being or creature to come beneath his claws. Sharp, wicked, and tools to weave both lies and truths into a tapestry of his own design and colored only by his ruthless and ever rising ambitions.
Those who serve him, do so as if his will is their own. Loyalty both absolute and unquestionable. For to do so otherwise, is to vanish into the luminescent forest never to be known again.
Those who do not, are left with the game.
To curry his favor, or risk the ire of a foe as unpredictable as he is whimsical. Pawns to his purpose, and of little more importance then what moves he intends upon this never ending game of chess. Asking themselves if the price is worth the knowledge he hoards, and it's key to the vast unknown.

Ombre fits Chaotic Evil.
She delights in chaos, disorder, and the harming of others, although she would rather subtly cause it and sit back to relax and watch the following. She has a (to others, she thinks it's just fine) horrible habit of gathering information about a dragon through a group of dragons she trains to be just as twisted as she is, and then utterly destroying them emotionally. The lashing out of the dragon afterwards is a favorite of hers to watch. The only form of 'caring' she's ever shown was stealing a shadow egg from a nest (she told the others she simply 'found' it) and training and raising the dragon inside to be cruel and chaotic, all for her own enjoyment. She once incited a fight between two traveling groups of dragons visiting the clan that destroyed several homes solely because she 'got bored.' Nothing is beyond her morally as long as it entertains her.

Hades fits Chaotic Neutral.
He fits comfortably into a moral gray ground that no one when talking to him really addresses. He cheats other dragons that visit the clan out of their (likely well-earned) money and donates it to the clan or keeps it for himself. He's self destructive with a cause, as he's put it. Some who knew him as a hatchling describe him as if he was once sweet and caring, but that so many people expected him to be bad that he just went with it. Hades will never act out of line if it hurts another, but if it only hurts him and the person asking(willingly)? By all means, invite him.

A dragon of few words but many actions. He refuses to follow any orders of any kind except for one dragon, due to his... feelings for her, yet she never uses it. Other than that, no one can control him with rules. Some of the higher-ranking dragons have questioned whether or not to enforce the law upon him or kick him out, but they can never agree upon anything, mostly due to what his actions do. He defends the clan's borders, fighting off any dragons banned from the area, even to the cost of his own life, if it comes to it. He'll help to rebuild, with forgework, run messages to nearby clans, even babysit hatchlings rarely, but all of this is done upon his own whim. He acts as a warm comfort to many of the dragons, knowing that there will always be someone to help them, even if order dissolves.
