I like ringlets going along with the idea that dragons paint themselves with glowing pigments. That's the lore for ghost, contour, runes and lace. But yeah, ringlets is a tert that covers a [i]lot.[/i]

I think it depends on the primary. Clown and skink may be too well-covered for it, but crystal and tapir may be all right.
It does cover quite a bit of the primary up, but I do like the idea of glowing paint.

It depends on the breed as to how much it covers up though it would have to be very limited to brighter colors I would think. as it does cover so much on some breeds that it needs to make up the loss of glow from the primary if it were added to the list.

I am doing a mass ping to inform everyone of the new threads that are in the process of being updated. I have the current self editing pinglist posted on the front page as well as the new sales thread (so I can edit the genes and other updates)

Yeah ringlets looks a lot better when not used with clown or skink to be honest. I think it can be a passable body paint addition, but I'm waiting to get more feedback on it ^^ <3

Yeah I'll have to make a list of allowed colors, I don't think I will be listing that ringlets shouldn't be used with certain genes but probably hinting that it looks nicer or less cluttered on certain breeds when not clown/skink >_>
I don't want to start restricting gene combos too much as I fear that may take away the fun for the breeders. ^^;
The peacock gene may be a hit and miss.. maybe get approval that a dragon is a cc in some cases.. cause not all copper cave dragons have copper wings either @-@;
