Dragons with one-of-a-kind colors! | Dragon Share

I was bored and decided to input every one of my dragons' color combos into the dragon search, and see how many of them are the only active dragons with their colors on the site. Only active is fairly mutable, but, well… I'm pretty sure these two will be the only active ones with their color combos for a while? Maybe. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=41707801] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/417079/41707801_350.png[/img] [/url] Chartreuse/Bubblegum/Peach I'm pretty sure Roshan is the only active dragon with his colors for a reason, but whatever, that's why he's in my lair where I can love him for being a bright disaster abomination. When I saw him in the AH for fodder price I had to have him. My only problem is that I need to decide how disastrous I want his eventual genes to be. Noxtide would [i]probably not[/i] be the smart decision, but I am so tempted. Her colors shouldn't work at all! They probably don't! I don't understand why she's so appealing to me! I don't even usually like Capsule on Guardians! But I [i]do[/i] love her to an unreasonable degree and bought her instead of the more matchy dragon I was looking for at the time, and now she has lore and an outfit plan and everything. Sigh. I'm sure I have more (I have some odd tastes in dragons) but these are my two most confusing dragons that nobody else really [i]wants[/i] to have more of. :D

Chartreuse/Bubblegum/Peach

I'm pretty sure Roshan is the only active dragon with his colors for a reason, but whatever, that's why he's in my lair where I can love him for being a bright disaster abomination. When I saw him in the AH for fodder price I had to have him. My only problem is that I need to decide how disastrous I want his eventual genes to be. Peach/yellow/antique. I’m soooo glad this exists because his colours make him one of my favourites <3

I do also have the only honeydew/pearl/silver but I’m 50/50 on whether to give him a tert gene so I don’t feel like he counts :P as a fun fact anything with “new” colours (outside of the popular combos (ie matching orca, sanguine) is more likely to have few in existence than not.

Knight is the only auburn/avocado/ginger dragon

Holster is the only banana/cornflower/gold

Tater is the only oilslick/ginger/lapis

Nimona is the only vermilion/berry/obsidian

Bitty is the first of two buttercup/umber/peach

Dex is the first of two carrot/saffron/cherry

I also have projects in the works for several more dragons that will be the first with their colors!

But I love Roshan as well, so… (I rag on him a lot but I'm genuinely so thrilled I managed to grab him before he got exalted, and I'm a firm believer that every single dragon is going to be beautiful to somebody, somehow… it's just that with limited lairspace and so many dragons out there and some people uninterested in gene projects it makes sense that some color/gene/breed combos are going to be more widely considered beautiful/desirable.)
