I also was curious about his worth - I paid I think around 500 gems for him, and I was curious how much I could hope to make if I ever sold him, not that I'm interested at the moment. He's also a 7 digit with some lore and art.

@Madrigalism ah, Evangeline! recognized that ID straight away, heh. you filled out the form just fine and she's been added to the sheet. thank you for the data! :D (and fingers crossed she scatters into something good!)

@Flutes oh no she's hot *AHEM* let's see here... Abyss is a popular color, XXY is nice, tert doesn't clash, Lightning eyes work well, Unnamed parents can hurt her value for some people (although thankfully this seems to matter less than offspring lists), missing a secondary gene, very nice Solid String ID... going off of the sales thus far and my own experience, currently i would pin her value around the 100-150G range. i picked up fairly similar Solid String IDs for 150G and 85kT, both triple-gened unbred doubles with good colors and matching eyes, so i would say that's a fair start with general consideration.

however, i strongly recommend that this be taken with a grain of salt - we don't have a whole lot of data to make the best value estimates just yet, especially regarding how picky people may be regarding where certain numbers are in the ID, and i, uh, have spent rather a lot of gems on things that other people may or may not be willing to match in comparison. *stares at my Error 404 boy*

(in fact, right now i have a good amount of gems to spend and 300G isn't that much to me in the long run, so if i had space available and wasn't planning for a couple breeding projects, i very likely would have snatched her off the AH already whoops)

if the demand for special IDs goes up in the near future, i would imagine her value would go up accordingly, perhaps into the 500G range. i can't advise on whether or not you should hold out for that higher value or not, though; this is a fairly new market right now, and we're learning a lot as we go, but i hope this was useful nonetheless. ^^;

@Foxe OH NO HE'S HOT dang, he's fantastic! XYY male unbred 7-digit Imp, matching eyes, Palindrome/Repeating Set hybrid ID... now, most of what i mentioned to Flutes re: grain of salt will apply here as well, but ballpark value from what i can currently estimate, personally i'd put him around 1-1.5kG at flatsale, and likely some indeterminate value more at auction. (not gonna lie, i would absolutely straight up drop 1500G on him if he were up for sale right now because dang. i am super weak for male Imps omg)

however, i can't speak for how the lore and art would affect the price since that's a pretty individual thing and it impacts each buyer differently; some people may be willing to pay more for it, others might not want to keep it.

if you do ever decide to sell him, could i get a ping? :'D

@Flutes yeah, i would say it's certainly a fine starting point for a market like this where things are so unsure! better to price higher and test the waters rather than go low and potentially lose out on value, after all.

if she's still around in a couple weeks, you'll probably see me swing by and pick her up, hah. but if she gets bought before then, then someone else found her worth the cost and that'll be good to know nonetheless! fingers crossed her new owner will find the hub and contribute that data. ^^

Thank you so much! I absolutely will. He for the moment has a semi permanent place in my clan but his lore may imply he'd like to wander eventually, so I'm definitely considering a possible future sale.

Hi! I've just found this thread recently and I'd like to add contributions to the sales history. There's quite a few since I've come to this neat IDs addiction not a while ago too xD It's becoming a problem I hope they'll help!

it's perfectly okay to show off your dragons!! this thread's in dragon share after all \o/ & i don't mind the ping at all! aaaaaaa that's so cool that you have him! i managed to somehow hatch 44444444 AND 44444445, so it's super neat to see 44444443 ;w; his scries are lovely, btw!
