Me: I'm not getting any more Stogwen Pairs
Also Me: But what if I buy two more??
I basically wanted a descendant of Utile's after rereading the 'lore' post (I already have a kid of his, but I don't plan on breeding her, so?) so I went down a few terminating rabbit holes and came up with some lines that likely have nO IDEA they qualify as Stogs.
Because I'm impatient, this is the guy I ended up buying
his lineage looks something like this: Stogwen> Lacaille> Gall> Utile> Sly> Ispahan> Gunpower> Oisin> Aster> Alanzo> the dragon above, Sasizon. So he's like?? Ten generations removed? (
Oisin is still active and beautiful btw, I'm actually stalking one of his children, waiting on the user to get around to hatching the nest the kid is on rn).
The mate I picked for him is going to throw some really random color combinations mostly because my other Stog descendant, Dendroaspsis, now has a very narrow color range mate. Narrow color ranges really aren't my thing, but I get annoyed with the green nature eyes clashing so often.
Some of the really good combos he throws end up looking like this:
but giving the stupidly large range, also like this:
I also kind of want to get rid of that Piebald, since i,,, really don't like it, but I'm hesitant to spend any money on him when I can probably just breed him until I like the look of one of his kids and keep one of them. I imagine until I throw Sasizon the Second, his kids will be free to a good home on the sales thread.
I'm also interested in breeding into lineage projects and personally have no problem with the leveling requirements some have. I've trained several dragons up to 25, and while I'm not THAT committed, leveling to 15 or so to help out other users interested in furthering that kind of thing would be possible.
