Grunner was on the auction house as fodder for a while before I realized how much I likes him, but sold right as I was about to take the auction down. I reached out to the person who had bought him, and, luckily, when they decided they didn't have room for him any more, they were kind enough to send him back to me instead of exalting him.

Abner wasn't a result of a fodder nest, but he was purchased on the auction house to be exalt fodder. He would have stayed fodder, too, if I hadn't noticed that he was a firstgen. I figure he must have been someone's abandoned gene project. I decided to keep him, and now he's a permanent fixture in my clan.

Due to my original rule I had in place about not keeping related dragon in my lair, I am supposed to either sell or exalt any and all offspring which my dragons hatch. This rule was modified a couple times. Both FrozenLake (the male) and Crystal (the female) are siblings and the offspring of my dragon Feta. According to my rule, I should have exalted two of the three dragons. However, I am way too attached to them to get rid of any of them. So, FrozenLake and Crystal are both technically former fodder dragons.
