[url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=30316212] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/303163/30316212_350.png[/img] [/url] Valoran's a nomad, loves to play and does the bare minimum to survive by himself in the forest. Tsumi frequents the woods to find treasure and scrap materials to use in his carpentry, and one day meets Valoran, a happy boi who grew attached very easily and follows him around all the time. He's not very productive or helpful, but his love for Tsumi is genuine and he always wants them to play together. Tsumi, on the other hand, wishes Valoran wouldn't play and chatter so much, or at least help more. But he knew that he would probably die in the woods without him, so it works out :p

The most unlkely pairings always go together like to peas in a pod. At first, Riordan hung back, unsure of what to make of the Council- or the "clan of misfits", as he called it. Muse saw herself in the solitary Pearlcatcher, and began to share her backstory with him. They eventually warmed up to each other, and can now be seen enjoying many sunset-bathed dinners under the wispy pines of the Tangled Wood.

Their friendship led them to make a new clan, which they now run together!

NO HOW DID I MISS THIS Our clan is based on good relations with other clans and species, and sustaining healthy and friendly relations between clan members is a very important part. Mutual understanding, conversing and (optional) monthly meetings in the clan's largest restaurant hall maintain the healthy connections between members. It's been organised to help address and fix problems that occur in the oasis whether if they're technical, infrastructural or social problems, or it's simple there to help discuss suggestions and ideas. ANYWAY, regarding more intimate and friend-related relationships, I think I'll have to pick Min and Nekhbet. Those two are best friends who love hanging out, watching movies and series, go birdwatching or just hang out in each other's rooms enjoying each other's company while reading books or scrolling down some social network on their phones (the clan hosts internet connection and advanced technology). Their relationship is purely platonic but it's absolutely beautiful and strong. Despite the fact that the two are among the only fighters in the clan, they couldn't be more different from a glance. Cumulus is everything a stereotypical spiral from wind would be, hyper, talkative, incredibly friendly and social. Cotton is very much not that, he's so anti-social that he has a sort of mythos among the newer clan members anymore. Cotton was always more of a doer than a talker, but wasn't always so distant. His adopted brother was killed in a shade incident that also killed the mate of the clan's matriarch. No one seemed to mourn his brother like they mourned for Madden, and he grew increasingly bitter towards the clan who seemed to not care for him or his family. The only other dragon who seemed as affected as him and who stood by him no matter what was Cumulus, as they had all been a team. In actuality they're more alike than they seem. They both are truly incredibly kind, and prefer to seek peace before resorting to violence, but will not hesitate if need be. Cotton is still fraught with grief, but Cumulus is always there for him and always will be. And as much as Cotton seems to be annoyed by the spiral's antics, he's truly grateful that he's stuck around.

When she was young, she was a powerful warrior that everyone feared, but as she passed her prime, her body and mind grew weak. When she neared to her thousandth year, she was respected less and less in her clan. Bitter, she traveled to the most dangerous place for a fire dragon, the Southern Icefield. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=36262723] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/362628/36262723_350.png[/img] [/url] In his youth, Elua led a small group of bandits through the Southern Icefield, raiding various settlements for food. As he grew, the harsh climate took it's toll on his body, nearly crippling him and forcing him to seek shelter in Verglas Manor. To regain his mobility, Elua would care for all the familiars who weren't bound to someone. When he was partially recovered, he started going out and searching for more familiars to care for. As he healed, he started to venture farther and farther from Verglas Manor. It was this way that he found Shaima, frozen and almost dead in the peaks of the Cloudscrape Crags. Like him, Shaima's body was crippled, but so was her mind. Elua took her back to Verglas Manor and healed he body, but her speech and comprehension never returned. Fortunately, she is very friendly and enjoys baking cookies and making sweets for the hatchlings. Shaima seems to have a certain grasp on reality, since she appears to be grateful to Elua and knows when others are feeling badly.

The friendly, outgoing healer, and the bookish, reclusive scholar? You wouldn't immediately think they'd find much to bond over. And they didn't think that, either. But one day, Wisp was trying to battle using some new techniques he'd read about. It wasn't going too well, so he limped back home and found the healer. After Airy tended to his wounds, she was curious as to what happened. Wisp started on the subject of books, and how he learns as much as he can from them. Airy commented how she was similar, trying to learn about healing constantly. They immediately bonded over their shared love of learning, and will now chat away the hours as they discuss the new things they have learned today.

Kia came from a well respected dragon clan, while Karona was abandoned by her mother and oppressed by her clanmates. Their friendship started when Kia was curious about Karona's corruption, which Karona didn't take lightly to for a while. Soon, the two started to bond, and became the best of friends. Kia is incredibly kind and soft-spoken, while Karona is blunt and aggressive. Their relationship is almost like Kennith and Stephanie's, except they don't let themselves get torn apart by an argument. They're like Yin and Yang, two sides of the same coin. Of course, all happy things must come to an end... soon.

It would have to be Jay and Indigo! Even though they're polar opposites, with Jay being, quiet, antisocial, and thoughtful, while Indigo is loud, emotional, and outgoing, they've been together through thick and thin and are the closest of friends!
