Hey there, I've tried my hand at two outfits. I tried to make them similar but not completely matching (In case they're meant to be mates). I hope you like them!

And for Imogen's role I was thinking maybe a Warrior Poet?:

Each hatchling in Imogen's nest had something special about their "inner light", an affectionate term to describe their personality and the nature of their magic. Her parents and the other nest caretakers would always say that her "inner light" was exceedingly bright, like rays of sunlight peeking into a darkened room. As she grew she leaned both towards the martial arts and the art of written language. Her poems recounting sparring exercises, daring battles, glorious victories and crushing defeats were enrapturing to all who read them. Eventually her talents earned her the attention of her clan's elders who instructed her to study under one of the various guilds who specialized in matters of art and philosophy, and to find her way in the world when she came of age.
Now an adult and master of her craft Imogen serves as her new(?) clan's resident Warrior Poet. Entertaining her clan-mates at home while supporting the warriors on the fields of battle with her Raptorik familiar and returning home with new stories, insights, and art. Most of her poems are written in her private study which contains mountains of blank sheets of paper, dozens of unfinished works, a few ink stains, and two seats; one for her, and one for her familiar.

I came up with the name Illeor for her. I'm bad at coming up with names, though.
Short lore blurb: She is the general/second-in-command of the clan's army. She's a force to be reckoned on the battlefield with the brains that can lead her warriors to victory. However, a disease she caught while growing up in the Scarred Wastelands has left her unable to fly. She almost never talks outside of strategy meetings and battles, and she is very reserved around her clan mates.
Also, no one knows this, but she likes to play with water.
