I might have taken you the sliiiighest bit over budget, but I couldn't help myself. The mantle is far and away the most expensive of these items, but it ties everything together nicely and I couldn't resist the Primary Tools because it ties in with her pretty eyes. XD To my recollection, everything else is fairly cheap. If you don't have enough slots you can always get rid of the tail bauble.
