yep, they're Fallout fandragons :D I have quite a few but I definitely didn't expect anyone to recognize the Graygarden supervisors, they're certainly not very major characters lol
the tl;dr of Mizar's reasons behind killing her Charge is uh... her Charge was her own mother and their relationship was abysmal for various reasons - eventually Mizar staged a coup and wound up semi-accidentally killing her mother during it.
