I had to think about this some, because a lot of my dragons are good at planning [i]events[/i] - then I noticed the question included strategizing, and that meant it had to be Willowisp. Willowisp is the clan's finance manager, which requires a lot of planning. She's also one of the best at games of strategy, with her only real rival being Mist (who is basically clan detective.) Chess matches between the two of them turn into a huge event with large audiences, and some betting going on as to which will triumph. (The gamblers vary, but there's always a few.)

That is another hard one because my lair is absolutely [i]crawling[/i] with antisocial weirdoes. That said, due to their abundance, most of the antisocial weirdoes have at least one dragon that [i]could[/i] be considered a friend (or in one case a semi-demonic entity they serve...) Candra here...has what could be considered - maybe - half a friend..? Actually, [i]she's[/i] stalking him and takes notes on pretty much everything she sees him do, and he is remarkably indifferent to this. He doesn't have a problem with her, but this behavior has scared off everyone else...

She wouldn't kill for fun - most of the time anyway - but she would totally destroy whoever decided to go against her. And when she want something, she just take it. She doesn't have any kind of morals, and since she quite a powerful witch, and is followed everywhere by her big-muscular-not-consenting-imperial-bodyguard, she's pretty hard to beat.
