Oh thank you,
I love that interpretation of gembod and contour, I truly get where the feeling comes form. With poison and toxin I feel this "poisonous" thoughts of self-hatred and ways to sabotage yourself. But then again I probably should try and I find the strenghts in them too. Like carrying around that extra weight of gembods you'll become stronger that ever when you are able to let things go. And with poison/toxin you'll be able to see things from many perspectives.
