[b]Wren[/b] Copper/Tarnish are my two favorite colours on the site, due mostly to the undertones. I had a hard time picking between your first male and this female, but Wren won out due to how well the cascades accent the copper undertones. I love everything else about her as well. Using a nice complement blue accent to break up the browns is a nice touch too. I really like playing with contrasting colours as well.

Usually I’m not a fan of Snappers but w o w her colors and especially apparel really attract my eyes, she looks/reminds me of a fierce warrior or some type of pirate crew mate, the skin also blends all of her colors together well, she’s basically perfect to me! Speaking of pirates, this girl surprised me when I found her and the bio even saying she was a pirate! I'm a huge fan of using a dark colour as a background to enable a bright colour to pop out, which she achieves with the mix of obsidian and fern. All of her apparel seems to extend her filigree, the attendant apparel enhances the colours, while the rose thorn seems to extend the filigree pattern.

I'm not usually a fan of it, but because it pops out on the body and blends into the wings, it looks a lot less cluttered than normal. It's still visible on the wings, yes, but it feels much more natural, like a discoloration and not an entirely separate set of genes. And pistachio on obsidian looks really lovely.

I'm a huge sucker for mystical arcane dragons especially with the trickster's card apparel. I didn't even notice the multigaze at first but as soon as I did I fell even more in love with him. Your apparel layering on him is wonderful and at no point did it feel overbearing despite using busier pieces. I also love the matching familiar and skincent.

Kougeki is amazing and I adore his apparel and accent combination. The very first thing I thought about upon seeing him was actually the Ghibli movie Spirited Away. He fits the japanese theme super well and everything about him is so elegant. The accent and apparel really pop on his super dark colors and the subtle purple rune gene is gorgeous. At first glance I thought he might be a bit busy but then as my eyes figured it out I realized how genius your apparel choices were and overall it makes him very good looking.

It's really cool how the Spellwrought Starhide fits so perfectly with her triple-Mulberry coloring -- I actually had no idea that was an item before I saw Esther, so that was quite a moment of confused awe on my part! :P And the cloak and cobwebs she wears compliment the natural shadows and dark lines of her genes beautifully. Also, I respect that her familiar suits thematically: really offers a superb, spooky, "I'm powerful, magical, and probably at least a little forbidden in some way" vibe.

She's got an amazing kind of "dark forest/midnight witch" air given the woody-plant apparel elements and the literal frog on her hand. I also really love the snip of lore/personality you've got for your OC there -- he's a trickster, something of a shifting liminal figure that seems normal, at first, but passes deeper and deeper into the uncanny the longer you look, and I think both the race and the apparel/accent you've chosen work super well for him!

First up is Zeviam! First off, they're just a really cute dragon! Berry/Pistachio/Spruce is a surprisingly nice combination. I almost didn't even notice they had Opal at first because it goes so well with their accent! I love all of the Seven, but they're definitely my favourite. Who doesn't love a wandering scholar? When a lot of other players write about groups of old deities, it definitely tends to veer into "edgy" territory - nothing against that, of course, but it's not my scene, and that's why it was so refreshing to see a group of deities who seem so genuine and kind. Very creative and fun!

Yasmine is so pretty! I've never been able to pull of triple-Basic dragons, and I have so much respect for people who can. I'm assuming she's your custom progen, and if so - she's lovely! Helios is so pretty! Cantaloupe Bee is one of my all-time favourite genes, and I love how well it goes with Sunset. Sunset Glimmer especially is a specific gene/colour combo I often have trouble with, but it looks so good here! The matching Fire eyes really are the cherry on top and suit him perfectly. His outfit is perfect as well! He wears the solar flame apparel so well you'd think it was made with him specifically in mind! His matching familiar is perfect, too. He's just an amazingly cohesive dragon all-around!
Thanks for letting me look through your lair! I loved reading your lore, you've got some really nice and interesting characters, and I love your Clain lore as a whole!

Blacknovelist: I always get so excited to see Wind lairs, because it seems like your lore is always so creative! The general Wind aesthetic and vibe is so cool, and your lair is just the perfect example of that! I loved reading your Clan bios, and I stuck around for a while after making this list to check out everyone's lore.
First up is Zeviam! First off, they're just a really cute dragon! Berry/Pistachio/Spruce is a surprisingly nice combination. I almost didn't even notice they had Opal at first because it goes so well with their accent! I love all of the Seven, but they're definitely my favourite. Who doesn't love a wandering scholar? When a lot of other players write about groups of old deities, it definitely tends to veer into "edgy" territory - nothing against that, of course, but it's not my scene, and that's why it was so refreshing to see a group of deities who seem so genuine and kind. Very creative and fun!
Yasmine is so pretty! I've never been able to pull of triple-Basic dragons, and I have so much respect for people who can. I'm assuming she's your custom progen, and if so - she's lovely! I wish I had that much insight for colours when making my own custom. Shadow and Rose are just so lovely together, and I love her outfit, too. Her lore is really interesting, I was endeared to her right away! It's really neat that you've chosen to keep her Charge a mystery, that's a creative choice I've rarely seen.
Liriel is super cute! Blue and yellow colour schemes are just...so amazing. I'm usually not a fan of Crystal, but he wears it so well! I've had trouble getting the Dawnbreaker accent to work for me, but it genuinely looks like it was made just for him! You have a real knack for getting minimal outfits to work well, and I love how much his Plague eyes stand out. Once again, his lore is really interesting! Mysterious, but he's got a super fun personality!

stunning. Antique/Antique/Cream isn't a combo I see often, probably because their accent colours don't tend to mesh super well, but he just looks amazing! [b]Reyson[/b]: Male SD simply don't get enough love. I love them, not only because it is so easy to make them look dapper ... but that is one of the leading reasons xD. The ivory has nice orange undertones , but I think my favorite gene is the red spikes in the hair. It creates a really cool visual effect. The accent adds some nice accessories, and he he has some great lore on his page. The whole package is fantastic.

Great lore once again - (I kinda love that his favorite hobby is knitting xD), and I am a sucker for the slight eyewing.

It looks especially cool against a dark back - that really adds to the illusion. I also like your bold choice of adding in red apparel. I would not think they would work well together, but they do. I love the baby picture on his pages too (As with all the others). Essentially I love everything about this guy.

She's just so wonderfully cohesive with her colors; She looks like she'd be most at home in the iciest, snowiest landscape possible (which I suppose is fitting, seeing as you're an ice lair). I love her. I'm not usually someone who would consider getting a dragon to permababy, but if I find a bog who gives me similar vibes, I may consider it now lol

Your decision to make his apparel match the gold accents of the... well, [i]accent[/i] is probably the best decision you could have made here. It lets his natural coloring shine through beautifully while also complementing him in a way that I don't think would work quite as well if the accent wasn't there. I find the monocle and the grasp to be particularly effective choices here. Of all the dragons in your lair, I think he's the one I'd most likely steal for my lore if I could.

Hi hello can you tell I love pirates by my vista and my signature and my literal tab full of pirate dragons? If you've managed to deduce that, then it's probably evident why I chose this lovely brown noc for this list. This is straight-up one of the best pirate outfits I've ever seen and you may quote me on that. She looks like she'd kill you with exactly zero remorse. The carapace arm/treeshroud combo is one I'm really liking here, especially when combined with that gala accent. You've managed to fuse so many elements together on one dragon, but they all look like they were made for her, so it really really works. I also like how the accent gives a sense of literality to her description of "the heartless pirate." 10/10 great pirate gal, would not be surprised if she's met my vampire pirate captain at some point or another.

We're back with the gorgeous blue and gold combo on this list, and as much as I adore Zeil's look, this girl feels like she's on a whole different level. I knew she was going to be on this list as soon as I took a glance at your first page. Once again, the amalgamation of different apparel sets makes her stand out in a way that's intriguing to the eye, but cohesive enough to not feel jarring. I think her vastly different shades of blue add a lot to her look, and her genes, despite how different they are, do as well. She's my favorite for sure, and you should be very proud of her.
