Just for kicks, I'm gonna give a first impression both before and after reading his lore. We'll see how off my first notion was!
Before: Seems very stoic and distant, but with strong personal morals and a certain noble bearing about him. He does dangerous work and doesn't care to share the burden with anyone- he knows that he's the best dragon for the job and anyone else would just get themselves hurt or get in his way. Might have a bit of a temper but is quick to cool off- no grudges held.
After: Poor guy. Seems like he's had a rough start in life. I imagine his upbringing would make him appreciate hard work much more than "innate" talent. I think he would try to bring out the best in people, especially the ones the rest of the world rejects. He seems like a good councilor.
