OOOOH I ONLY JUST FOUND THIS THREAD I am excite. I have two tree pairings, and I love them, I didn't know there was so much interest. I think I've added myself to the list correctly... fingers crossed... also one of my pairs is starmap/crystal and half the time is circuit, and the other one involves firefly, so they might all be considered speciality? I'm not sure. (I'm actively looking to find a better mate for Mar so that I get more starmap/stained dragons, but in the meantime Tree Spirit is hit and miss in terms of being treelike. Wood Mage is very tree-y because Noctiluca's genes are less rare and so more dominant.) Currently these dergs available by private sale or on the 4077th Hatchery (link in my signature), although I need to get my backside in gear because I don't think I have any trees listed yet! I'm really excited to see that there's so much interest in tree-themed dragons!

Just bred my first tree babs and SO proud of them. They look amazing even as babies. Scrying their adult form is wonderful. I can't remember the name of the tree that has that vivid reddish trunk, but I think that bab looks like it. I wish one of them had been triple gened, but the top one is xyx which is good enough.

@wingskirr I feel like there's another one that's currently escaping me, but I think some sumacs have red bark? I mean rhus, not the poison sumac.

The other thing I'm thinking of might be some varieties of dogwood (cornus).

Anyone out there breed Nature Wildclaw trees with a yellow-green/yellow tert? Gene doesn't really matter (but if it's Firefly, even better :o)
