I'm trying to get a triple white cryface underbelly ridgeback female so I can name her Salt and put the gossamer silk set and opaline wing accent on her. (I have to eat a lot of salt because of this condition I have, and it just seemed like a neat dragon to me.) ouo' Maybe one day, haha.

Pretty much 90% of the dragons I have are my "dream dragons" and I've had to do a lot of searching and networking for them (mostly with my "Help me find my OCs thread), but I'll share a few stories.

I had helped another user get a breeding pair for their dream dragon, and they asked me how to return the favor. I asked them to keep an eye out for caribbean/banana irishim Mirror. I was sent a caribbean/banana irishim Fae with a breed change scroll. :'>
And we have Zero.

Another user and I were discussing dream dragon-getting stories, and I commented on how I was searching for a seafoam/emerald Wildclaw. They said they'd use their luck to look, and they found Zero in the AH for 40,000k. They then gave me a 50% discount. :'> People are so nice

So I've been scavenging in the wind location for a couple weeks now looking for a wind egg. I didn't really care what colors it would be, as long as it matched and it had wind eyes. My main goal was to get a pretty dragon with wind eyes without buying it. I don't know why but I absolutely love wind and ice eye colors. Anyways, I was scavenging in the wind location today when on my last turn when a wind egg appeared! I literally screamed XD so i hatched it and got this...

Let me just say I am amazed. Her tertiary color is white, and with circuit or smoke gene she looks amazing. So now I am saving up for a circuit or smoke gene.

When I was still new, I had an idea for a dream dragon with a very rare color combination. I figured I wouldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I only put the colors and the preferred sex in my sig. Some time later, someone sent me a CR for a dragon with those colors - and that dragon wasn't just the breed I wanted, but also had the right genes. (Thanks again if you're reading this, sadly I forgot your name.)

My first real project (that didn't auto-complete itself ;) ) was a dragon I made for the Make an Exalt game. I always try to make them as pretty as possible, but I just HAD to have this one. The hardest part was saving up gems for the genes.

The only one I had to go crazy out of my way to get was the dragon I had for one of my OC's, based on my WoW Death Knight. Had to be an Imperial, so that was breeding only; had to be Navy/Obs/Ice, of the Ice Flight.
About a year later and with the kind help of a fellow FR person, this is Shiryou and I'm rather pleased with him.
