Look at this man. Would he have grand ambitions of upheaving the rampant corruption of Soul Society and establishing a new world order? Of course not. He's got glasses. Look at that smile. Definitely wouldn't experiment with forbidden powers on his subordinates and his fellow captains. I for one think he is Very Trustworthy.
I really love the way you layered his outfit, particularly the black shirt tucked under the fancy white longcoat, the Zanpakuto tucked neatly beneath his uniform, and the baggy black pants. It's a really strong rendition of a captain's uniform. And I think Obelisk was a good choice, between the slightly messy mane of dark brown hair and the way the frames sit with his expression, changing it into more of a grin. But seriously, it's the glasses that make the dragon. Excellent recreation of the character!

i'm picking your jake fandragon this time because i thought his character was so fun throughout the entirety of rise from the ashes. i love how well the wing colors match his actual shawl, plus the use of the jester cape to represent the tassels is a really nice detail! his billy cactus familiar is super cute as well c:

I've admired this fandragon from afar for a [i]long[/i] time, because seriously, this bit of Marva trickery is ingenious. It works [i]so[/i] well. Love how the chitin helmet gets those eyebot antennae while the tarnished steel one gets the ridges and mounts at the bottom. Fantastic bit of layering. And that swirl of Mojave sand with the summer swelter... I can practically see the tumbleweed rolling into frame. Love my beepboopy baby.
