Just wanted to come show off the DIY note board we made :)
Themed after the SOLDIER First Class Trio (+an OC of ours) from Final Fantasy VII using our fandragons in the pictures lol. Plan on making a couple more at some point, one themed after the Turks from FF7 and another themed after Devil May Cry. The absurd amount of pins was used as a substitute for materia. We made our own materia sprites, which we'll share below with a couple other assets we made for our board that we thought we'd share, too, but they ended up a bit big for our tastes, so we used the pins instead- Also made our own feather hanging things that were surprisingly difficult to make and we're questioning if we'll actually keep them...
Anyways, here are the things we made for our board that we'll share, completely free for others to use and edit (a few are edits to existing things from this thread or based off of things from here, while others are unique creations).
Photos+ as we will call them:
Larger photo templates and photo strip templates! We didn't end up making tilted versions of the larger photos, but somebody else is free to do so if they wish :) These are split between two images, the larger photos on one and the strips on the other.
More Stickers
We were a bit surprised at the lack of lightning and fire stickers, so we made our own! The lightning, rain cloud, and storm cloud are their own image, while the two fire stickers are separate images.
Materia from Final Fantasy VII
The different materia from Final Fantasy VII! The list above has the names next to the respective materia (for those who can only remember a couple of the colors like ourselves). Thought we'd share them here, since we were originally going to use them on our note board, but like we said, they ended up being a bit too big for our tastes. Individual images below, should be safe to use with pixel shelves (Dreaming City Pixels or otherwise)!

Also, the large materia are 16x16 and the smaller ones are 10x10! Made two different sizes just because size seems to be inconsistent in the game (Remake's field models are probably the size of someone's fists, but there must be different sizes considering materia slots tend to look way smaller) and also because we tried to make a smaller version for use on the board before resorting to absurd numbers of pins XD We also made both versions of the black materia (it's black and red in Remake/Rebirth, black and purple in OG, should be labeled in the master list above). Apologies if the black and white materia aren't fully consistent with their in game counterparts, we literally just recolored/hue shifted the same sprite XD
