ABOUT
Sometimes food is just about filling your belly. Some dragons are quite happy to gather a mouthful of their preferred foodstuffs and be done with it. Some appreciate the raw experience - they are dragons after all, they possess the ability to digest such things. But many dragons across the various clans of Sornieth enjoy food as more than simple nutrition; be it hobbiest or professional, the dragons of Sornieth are cooking!

GUIDELINES
1. Have fun! Get creative!
2. You don't have to use the formatting in this thread - it can be codeless/basic or you can create your own recipe format.
3. You can use non-food FR items, we're using our imagination here.
4. This is all fictional, some farming practices (e.g. butchery) are implied. Please keep any descriptions of such non-graphic, as per FR's content guidelines.
5. Absolutely no calorie counts/values should be included in recipes.
6. Write it in character, if you like! Maybe you have a particular dragon chef who wants to share their favourite dishes, or a dragon who wants to comment on the success of the recipe.
7. Non-lore/out of character commenting is absolutely fine, if you like something feed it back!
8. Link back to this thread or specific posts within if you do use any recipes in your lore (e.g. featuring in a dragon bio).
9. Want to include art of your recipe, your chef, or anything else? Go for it!

Spath Salad
A favourite of plant-lovers, this bright, fresh salad is more satifying than it might appear, with filling quinoa and densely nutrious spath.
Ingredients:
Blood Spath
Plant
A shockingly vivid red flower with an incredibly delicious flavor to match. Despite being a plant, the blood spath is extremely caloric; best eaten in moderation.
62
6
Provision Tree

A staple for many foraging clans.
64
7
Quinoa
Plant
Recently, Tundras have started claiming quinoa is full of vitamins, cures disease, and attracts mates. Mirrors are skeptical. (Special thanks to TCA!)

@Skydust These sounds really good! Thank you for sharing your recipe, I'm sure this will be a firm favourite of dragons everywhere!
Got a fun little beverage if you're taking those kind of recipes!
Twilight Ether Extract
This glowing, lavender-hued elixir is a favorite among dragons of the Arcane and Water flights, brewed with flora and fauna from each territory in collaboration to create a stunning drink perfect for midsummer gatherings under a starlit sky. Our infusionist says it's especially favored by mages looking to enhance their magical stamina
Ingredients:
[item=Star moss][item=Moon Jellyfish][item=Engineered Superberry][item=Spearmint][item=starfall blossom]
Steps:

Prepare the Juices:
If you have whole moon jellyfish or engineered superberries, begin by juicing them. For moon jellyfish, remove the tentacles and blend them with a bit of seawater until smooth and strain to collect the juice. For engineered superberries, mash them up and strain similarly
Combine Base Ingredients:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of moon jellyfish juice, 1 cup of star moss, and 1/2 cup of engineered superberry juice. Stir gently to combine the ingredients, allowing the star moss to infuse its flavor
Add Freshness:
Chop the spearmint finely and add it to the mixture. While not the most popular mint, it adds a refreshing touch to balance the sweetness of the berries and jellyfish. Stir well to ensure the mint is evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
Infuse with Starfall Blossoms:
Carefully add the two starfall blossoms to the bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes. This will let the blossoms release their floral aroma and a subtle glow. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t explode!
Boil and strain:
With an Arcane dragon's breath, heat a pot of water to boiling and add in the ingredients. Continue the boil until the water turns a deep lavender and glows slightly. Strain the liquid from the mix
Chill the Brew:
If desired, chill the liquid before serving, or serve it over ice to create a refreshing drink
Serve:
Pour the extract into glasses, optionally one can ensure each glass has a starfall blossom floating on top for a decorative (if not mildly dangerous) touch
Enjoy:
Serve the drink at twilight and enjoy the magical flavors and shimmering appearance!
