It seems to be dying down though. I mean I thought it was dying down several times already, but personally I feel a lot more like I understand what is and isn't allowed and the like, so at least it should be over on my end once I make my new buttons and edit my original post

fluffmoth Thank you :3 I figured they were probably very versatile, and hence an easy solution for anything that either didn't require or couldn't have a more specific icon
And same! I'm glad there wasn't any infighting btw - it was really nice to see everyone kinda work with each other on this, with you going out of your way to revise your policy for the thread and the like. At least now that it's all figured out (more or less), hopefully we won't run into the same issue again in the future... At least I hope haha
