Hello hello again!! I return with only one dragon for the moment, but regardless!

This is Notus, based off of one of the four winds! He's the summer wind, and was thought to bring the storms of late summer and autumn, he was also feared as a destroyer of crops. Here, he's just as temperamental, sadly. Beyond those vibes, im not sure what kind of guidance to give you on the outfit, sorry ^^"

@voidgoatAzzy ^^;;; i hadnt checked FR at all last night sorry for getting to this so late! Here's what I came up with, I tried making him look powerful/intimidating in some way. [s]also for some reason this dragon looks extremely familiar to me...?[/s]
