[center][b][size=7][font=georgia][color=#d49f29]Basic Information[/color][/size][/b] [img]https://64.media.tumblr.com/f48d4427337475c93793b461c3397afc/tumblr_inline_o23f1raLV11r3lvtf_500.png[/img][/center] [size=5][font=georgia] The Sorneith Culinary Society aims to make use of every single food item in flight rising, minus the first anniversary cakes and the micro-holiday foods, to create regional cookbooks and culinary traditions for each of the 11 flights. This includes everything from spice mixes and common culinary tools, to basic cooking and the grandest of feast dishes. Each flight will receive a cookbook that contains several subcategories that divides the volume into manageable chunks. This is an open source project that runs primarily on the creativity of myself and anybody else who wants to contribute. As a fan project at heart, we take a lot of liberties here. Most notably, as far as this cookbook is concerned, the dietary restrictions canon places on dragons are merely preference and not hard and fast rules. Ignoring the diets of the individual breeds allows us to get extraordinarily creative without having to try and do the impossible, like making pastry dough solely out of insects. Additionally, because canon gives us seventeen thousand kinds of bug but no eggs, we’re taking more some liberties. Any ingredient or tool that is not directly mentioned in the database can be added. That said, the whole point of this project is to focus on ingredients found in Sorneith, so that’s really what we’re looking for. The Sorneith Culinary Society is fundamentally a team effort. Feel free to add any spices or ingredients you need that are not in the database. For example, cacao beans, coffee beans, wheat, rye, rice, eggs, things like that. 4) Can't believe I have to specify this, but other dragons [i]do not count[/i] as an ingredient. 5) Exact quantities of ingredients, temperatures, or yields are not necessary. All you need is a list of ingredients, any required equipment, and how these things combine to make a dish. 6) You are allowed to submit as many recipes as you wish. 7) If you have any questions about your submission, feel free to DM me with questions.
