THE WARRIOR CODE: A Guide To Ghostclan Lore

Since I'm dedicating my clan to warriors-based lore, I thought I'd make a place where all that lore could be held in one spot. The story itself is going to be in this thread, but this thread will be here for those who want to know how I'm going to be using the Warriors lore as a basis or for those unfamiliar with WarriorCats. Feel free to comment or ask questions!

RULES
I. What Pinkerton drops determines the challenges that face my clan that day.
Food: The type of food Pinkerton drops determines how many fights in the coliseum my clan has to have that day. Use an RNG to determine which dragons fight and which venue they fight in.
Meat: 40-50 matches in the coliseum.
Seafood: 30-40 matches in the coliseum.
Bugs: 20-30 matches.
Plants: 10-20 matches.
Familiars: Get a new dragon. Use an RNG to determine from #1-11 what element your new dragon is going to be, and then #1-17 for breed. Select whatever dragon you want out of this filter. If you have multiple clans, use an RNG to select which clan this dragon goes to. This dragon does NOT have to be first gen.
Apparel: Breed two of your dragons. Flip a coin for each hatchling born. If tails, the hatchling lives; if heads, it dies and is exalted. If no dragons can be bred, write some about a pair becoming mates, if you want.
Battle Items: Death streak. Random select a dragon with an RNG. Flip a coin; if heads, they live, and tails, they die. Continue to do so until a dragon lives.
Materials: Nothing. Booooring.
Trinkets: The clan receives word from Starclan! Write about it.

II. If you find an egg in the coliseum, you have the option to either
A. hatch it
B. sell it and use the profits to buy a G1 of the same element as your egg.

III. First-gen/ungened Dragons do not get gened until they are level 25, unless a gene is found in the coliseum. Getting genes makes a dragon considered a "full warrior". Apparel is generally avoided until a dragon is a warrior as well, unless they find the apparel themselves in the coliseum.

A GUIDE TO CLAN CEREMONIES

WARRIOR APPRENTICE CEREMONY:
When a hatchling is ready to become an apprentice, the clan leader calls a clan meeting to assign a mentor to them. Per tradition, the leader says something along these lines:
Leader: (Hatchling), it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior status, you will be known as an apprentice. Your mentor will be (name of warrior). I hope (name of warrior) will pass down all he/she knows on to you.
The leader then calls up the warrior he or she has chosen as a mentor.
Leader: (Warrior), you are ready to take on an apprentice. You have received excellent training from (former mentor), and you have shown yourself to be (quality) and (quality). You will be the mentor of (apprentice), and I expect you to pass on all you know to (apprentice).

MEDICINE DRAGON APPRENTICE CEREMONY:
After an appointing ceremony similar to a warrior apprentice ceremony, the medicine dragon of the clan takes their new apprentice to the sacred place of whatever elemental territory the clan is residing in (for example, if the clan lives in the Starfall Isles, the two travel to the Observatory). At this site, the following words are used by tradition:
Medicine dragon: (Apprentice), is it your wish to enter the mysteries of StarClan as a medicine dragon?
Apprentice: It is.
Medicine dragon: Then come forward.
Medicine dragon: Warriors of StarClan, I present you with this apprentice. They have chosen the path of a medicine dragon. Grant them your wisdom and insight so that they may understand your ways and heal their Clan in accordance with your will.

WARRIOR CEREMONY:
Once an apprentice is considered qualified to become a warrior by their mentor, the mentor recommends them to the clan leader. The apprentice must pass an assessment or make an important contribution to the clan to be considered capable of moving on to become a warrior. If the clan leader is satisfied, they call a meeting and call the apprentice forward. As per tradition, the following words are typically used:

Apprentice: I do.
Leader: Then by the powers of StarClan, I pronounce you a warrior. StarClan honors your (virtues), and we welcome you as a full warrior of (Clan).

The new apprentice then keeps a silent vigil guarding the camp that night.

MEDICINE DRAGON CEREMONY:
Once a medicinal apprentice's mentor considers them worthy of advancing to the duties of a full medicine dragon, the mentor takes them to the sacred place of clan territory. The following words are used, as per tradition:
Medicine Dragon: I, (name), medicine dragon of (Clan), call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. Apprentice: I do.
Medicine Dragon: Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your true position as a medicine dragon. StarClan honors your (virtues), and we welcome you as a full medicine dragon of (Clan).

DEPUTY CEREMONY:
When a clan leader names a clan's new deputy, this sort of ceremony occurs. This occurs when either a previous deputy dies or is promoted to leader. The clan leader calls a meeting, and says these words:
Leader: I say these words before StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors (or former deputy name) may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of (Clan) is (warrior's name).

LEADERSHIP CEREMONY:
When a former leader dies, the deputy accompanies the medicine dragon to the territory's sacred place. The leader is visited by nine dragons of Starclan, typically dragons important to the new leader or important to clan history, and these dragons each give them a life. Normally the previous leader speaks to the new leader as well, saying;

A GUIDE TO CLAN BELIEFS [emoji=star size=1]STARCLAN: Starclan is both a place and a clan, where deceased warriors and ancestors of the clans go to once they die. They are responsible for sending signs and omens to living warriors. Dragons join here if they live an honorable life and follow the warrior code. When an honorable dragon dies, they will be guided to Starclan by a deceased dragon from their life, such as a mentor or family member. Starclan acts as guardians to living dragons, warning them of danger or to guide them in times of need. Living dragons visit Starclan in their dreams. Medicine dragons have a special connection to Starclan, but occasionally Starclan will send messages to leaders. All ceremonies are supervised by Starclan. Once a dragon reaches Starclan, they do not have any defined tasks and can freely interact and spend time with their loved ones in Starclan. It is sunny and warm, and there are plenty of resources for all dragons. [emoji=star size=1]THE PLACE OF NO STARS: The Place of No Stars, or the Dark Forest is the home of dragons who have committed great crimes against the warrior code after they die. Dark forest dragons can walk in the dreams of living dragons, usually with the living dragon finding themself in the Dark Forest. The Place of No Stars is a dark, shadowy forest with tall, dank trees. It is dull, vast, and empty, with cold, thick, foggy air.

The Place of No Stars is a dark, shadowy forest with tall, dank trees. It is dull, vast, and empty, with cold, thick, foggy air.

Chosen as leader due to her quick thinking and strong personality, Hauntedstar has high respect for her clanmates, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't enjoy having fun and will play pranks on others when she's not tending to her clan duties. Hauntedstar holds trauma from her past and uses her humor to cope, but deep down, she gravely misses her clanmates from before. She hopes the clan she builds will be a fraction as great as she remembers her home clan being. Hauntedstar has gained much in her life as a warrior, but she has also lost much.[/columns] ----- History Hauntedstar grew up in a remote Nature clan, but the clan was destroyed in a fire. Determined to still live a good life despite her rough past, she moved on from the Nature territory on her own, later finding Fragmenttail, Spiriteye, and Springbite in the Starfall Isle. She became the glue of these three dragons, and when they decided to make a clan together, she was voted as leader. Shortly after forming the clan, Fragmenttail and Hauntedstar became mates both to solidify advancement of the clan and because they had great trust and respect for each other. They eventually raised their first son together, an abandoned plague egg they had found in the Scorched Forest. They named their son Oakspot. As leader, she decided to take a more active role in the clan and chose an apprentice to mentor of her own- the daughter of her friend Springbite, Leopardthorn. She grew very close to Leopardthorn, considering her almost like a daughter. Leopardthorn helped her with her grief when she lost her son, Oakspot, and she mourned the death of Leopardthorn as well when she died. Hauntedstar found new joy in having a new set of hatchlings with Fragmenttail- her daughter, Branchblossom, and her sons, Cedarflight and Woodspark. She enjoyed a peaceful break from leading in the nursery with them. When Fragmenttail and Cedarflight died, Hauntedstar was heartbroken and drew closer to Woodspark and Branchblossom, now a warrior apprentice and medicine dragon apprentice respectively. HAUNTEDSTAR
Leader

Quirky Nature

Personality
Hauntedstar is the clever leader and primary founder of Ghostclan.
Hauntedstar has gained much in her life as a warrior, but she has also lost much.

History
Hauntedstar grew up in a remote Nature clan, but the clan was destroyed in a fire.

Though Hauntedstar missed Fragmenttail terribly, she knew he would not want her to grieve.

Hauntedstar took on a new apprentice when Adderclaw was old enough to have a mentor. Impressed by his skill and calm nature, she made him the next deputy upon the death of Beigefur due to him reminding her of Fragmenttail.

Hauntedstar died of Burninglung and Adderstar succeeded her.
