Ishnia aaand time for round two!!
before, with underbelly;
(also hey, this dragon reminds me of my own with similar colours!! yours has yellow, blue, red/orange,
and mine has red/orange, yellow, blue
they even both have the exact same shade of yellow, banana!!)
anyways, I digress
this dragon looks super super difficult to work with, so let's see what I can come up with!
again, working with faes mostly, because I don't like tundras that much either
now, banana has lots of undertones, but they're all pastel ones; I'm thinking maybe the pink undertone can match the tert colour? maybe??
the teal undertones match the secondary sort of well with a few specific secondary genes, so that's good!
aaand yes!!! carmine opal has basically the perfect shade of pink to go with the primary!! I'm so happy that worked :))
capsule also tends to lighten the tert colour, so I tried that too, although it didn't work out nearly as well
here's another fairly suitable secondary; which matches peacock perfectly, although in this case peacock covers up the most teal parts of constellation, so I'll see if I can fix that
actually, I'll do that later
I made two more important discoveries!!
one, lionfish has a great shade of pink but without any teal (I think pinstripe has the same, but anyways)
two, flare has pink in it as well!!!
it's definitely not the
right shade, but it's so much better than nothing
anyways I was wrong about pinstripe, it DOES have pink in it ofc but it still has teal
anyways, I tried it with spinner which has some kind of pink-y tones too, and the result is certainly okay!
actually, this one works better with peacock imo
obviously since it works with spinner it works with fade too, but I don't really like fade so eh
next I tried matching the primary to the oranges in patchwork, but eh I couldn't find that good of one tbh
aaand here are some other misc ones
tried some veilspuns, but they weren't
amazing in comparison to the other ones I made above
sphinxmoth and constellation are pretty good tho!!
anywho that's WAY more than enough I'm sure, hopefully you find a combination you like with these ideas!!
