If you don't have too much on your hands, maybe you could do something for Iroh here? Some facts about him that could help:
Garnet is his mate, they're both killers and burglars who work for/with
Ara and they do not belong to any lair/tribe/etc
Both him and Garnet were outcasts, left behind by their families at young ages and found each other while roaming around trying to survive, being together for a couple of years before Ara found them, gave them shelter and turned them into cold blooded assassins
They are kind of a mini mafia (?) as they have relations with many criminals who they sometimes give orders and make them (the other criminals) work for them.
They don't have an specific location or place to live, but they spend a lot of time in a tribe called “Southspear” that's filled my criminals where they manage everything
They do not target children or defenseless dragons, most of the time their victims are other criminals who wronged them, corrupt leaders or so on, dragons they think that “deserve” their punishment
Iroh is extremely cold and calculating when it comes to business, but he melts when he sees his mate, would die for her, and sometimes catches a flirty/smooth personality when relaxed
