Creative Corner

Multi-clan lore existing in the same universe with @SeniorPalpatine. Most clans are currently located on an archipelago, each on a separate island. The town of Sundown is on the continent known as Norcroft.

Note: Langeon is the name of the island. The residents do not consider themselves an official clan, so they do not have an official clan name.

The bigger islands are connected by a series of bridges for dragons who cannot fly and transportation of larger materials. Most dragons fly between the islands. The smaller islands are not connected by bridges.

Multi-clan lore that does not follow Flight Rising lore. The universe they exist in is a planet that was given life many years ago by an alien named Antigo.

General lore notes

• All familiars + offspring are noncanon unless noted in their bio.
  
• All breeds are currently considered canon, though not all are present in my lore. Antigo created most of the species when he chose the planet to be his grounds for creating. The only species that was already on the planet were the Gaolers, a species of furry creatures known for their power and intelligence as they hunted in packs.
  
• All dragons are around the same size with Imperials, Guardians, Wildclaws, and Ridgebacks being the largest and Faes the smallest (by a considerable amount). The rest are slightly smaller than the largest species. Eventually I'll make a size chart. The average Fae would fit inside the spread wing of the average Imperial as a general reference.
  
• Breed/gene/eye changes happen via drinking a potion that will transform your appearance. The potions of more experienced potion makers will transform you overnight, whereas the potions of a beginner potion maker may take up to two weeks on average.
  
• Dragons live on average around 100-200 years depending on the breed (smaller breeds like the Fae will live to be around 100 years old whereas bigger breeds will live around 200 years old). There are exceptions, and the previous oldest living dragon known so far was a Guardian named Ragged that lived to be 295 years old. Atlas is currently holding this record as he has lived for 600 years now and doesn't show signs of old age, though some wonder if his longevity may not be natural.
  
• Magic in this world is an invisible force covering the planet that can be tapped into to harness elements. You can see cases of this in places like Sundown, where magic was used on a lantern to harness light and protect the town from creatures.

[center][size=6]Icefall[/size] [rule] [item=Ice Crystal][item=Eternal Snow] [rule] [size=6][color=575757]Tundra's End[/color][/size] [size=5][color=575757]General History[/color][/size] - originally founded in the wasteland - cecil + maygla were founders - married + sent off to the island - had several children together to fulfill their duties and divorced afterward - decided to instate Maygla as the main leader and Cecil as a substitute leader - later they ended up moving due to the badlands getting too bad to live in [size=5][color=575757]Territory[/color][/size] - it's... snow. lots of snow - mostly flat, but a few significant hills - a lot of hardy plants that can exist even when snow happens; in the summer, they get flowers as well - their shelter is either snow forts/huts built above ground during the warm season or an underground cave system that has been added to during the cold season - cave system was originally one long tunnel that curved around before opening up into a large chamber; since then, several offshoot caves have been dug out - they use the large chamber as a nesting grounds in the summer / both a nesting grounds and sleeping area in the winter[/center]

[size=6]Langeon[/size] [item=Corona Sempervivum][item=Cerith Shell] [size=5][color=575757]General History[/color][/size] boopity boop [size=5][color=575757]Territory[/color][/size] - beach runs from north east to north west borders; north part is the dropoff from the mountain - large mountain in the middle of the island with lots of caves scattered about; bottom of the mountain is a gentle incline, but about halfway up, it is impossible to climb and you have to fly up - LOTS of tropical trees; a lot of fruit trees around the forest border as well (fruit trees get lesser and lesser further in you go) - around base of mountain, there are lots of caves and hidden areas you can explore - ocean surrounding the area is home to a few residents where they live in the underwater caves
