hey!! id enjoy opening up a worthwhile artshop for funds (i run out v quickly) where im not majorly under pricing myself. theres a small variety of styles and sizes here and id like fair pricing gaps (so the portraits are more than the smaller things) and, if you maybe could, give me a bit of critique on how to improve? thatd help a lot (i never get any, rip) thank you!! @lovestrucksmile I am not an expert at all on pricing or art improvement, so take this all with a grain of salt, but honestly, just charge whatever FR currency or RL currency price you think would be worthwhile compared to the time you spend.

I think you've got a great stylization going on, especially with the characters in the first two pieces. The portraits are also beautiful and detailed, much respect for doing photo-realism without running into the uncanny valley!

As for critique, I also notice a bit of overblending/pillow shading going on with your shading. It's not as noticeable with the portraits since the whole thing is rendered in a painted style, but the use of airbrushing with the lineart makes parts of the pieces seem clashing and flat, if that makes sense? It's most evident in the jacket of your fifth drawing.

Your posing for the second piece is really fluid with a clear line of action, but this contrasts with the third piece, which is not as strategically-posed; having the hind legs cut off in the canvas corner makes it look slightly incomplete and personally, I tend to go for a fullbody if I get that far into a drawing anyways (unless there is a setting/background elements for it to make sense that way).

The anatomy for human faces also looks a lot more cohesive in your fourth image than your fifth. Her cheek looks slightly too pointy and her mouth is kind of slanted a bit too much; this might be more evident if you flip the canvas.

Hope this helps! ^^

@Quintillion thanks so much for your help!! the fifth piece is older and so thats why face anatomy is better in the fourth pff-
and yes, i see what you get at with the jacket. leather is,, hard for me without directly copying.
ill take into consideration the airbrushing (and make a little more subtle like on the third)

I love your style in 1, 2, and 3, and 4. And possibly 5. It's very well defined and it's pretty unique! I'm definitely in love with number 2, as its super colorful and has some awesome linework.

However, correct me if I'm wrong, the last one appears to be an near exact draw-over of an existing image, and shows up when reverse-image searched. While draw-overs are awesome practice and help move along the learning process, it probably shouldn't be used to showcase your unique skills to customers! especially not when you've already got a stand-out style :D
