No, the clan controls the expanse of the island and is the only clan that resides upon it. All dragons outside the House are clanless, or unaffiliated in the politics between clans.

Independent, though there is a council made up of dragons outside the House that are allowed into House meetings to put forth the interest of all others who reside on Helike.

House Aaldir holds no official religion, it allows its members to freely follow whichever they like, under one exception; those that are sympathetic to the Sun Cult are expelled from the House with only small exceptions allowed for reentry.
