Hollopins are very unpredictable, they behave similarly to Shadow dragons. They are the best at integrating into the wider dragon society as they often mimic and learn from those around them. Hatchlings born into other clans will life their whole hatchlinghoods without knowing that they're any different.
They were the original sub-species bred to infiltrate other flights, but they caught onto it way too quickly, and thus giving life to the Bleached. The other flights managed to prevent the potential Hollopin Plague with extreme hostility to any and all Hollopins. Unfortunately, most of them were raised by those clans, and had no where else to go nor did they have any connections to their background. Over the centuries, tensions have ceased and Hollopins were welcomed back into their clans.

----------------------
The Desolation are the close cousins of the Desperation. They are an earlier design that the Plaguebringer felt was imperfect, but still good enough to keep around. They earned their name through the way in which swarms of Desolation have brought entire empires to their knees, one can often fine smaller clans of Desolation lingering in the ruins of their ancestors ancient battles.
Individuals don't typically fare well on their own, so they always swarm together when they can. If an individual is isolated from their brethren, they usually join other large clans of dragons. They are by far the most polite and respectful breed of Plagueling, they always abide by the word of their superiors and always adhere to the cultures, traditions, and practices of other clans they join.

----------------------
Wyrwens are a fairly common variety of Plagueling, they serve a similar purpose as the Stryches but are better adapted for less fleshy territory outside of the Scarred Wasteland. They're very independent and intelligent, and generally take on roles of leadership in non-plague clans. They're one of the most hardworking and stubborn breeds, often refusing to leave a project until it is perfect.

----------------------
Miartics are a very young breed of Plagueling, only being fully recognised within the last two centuries. As they weren't specially forged by the Plaguebringer, their serve no official purpose, and they're existence is only justified by a Plagueling's unyielding attachment to it's survival. They have impure blood, as they are descendants of pure-breds mingling with their new clanmates. This does give them the upperhand against the denizens of their ancestors' homes, as they have more genes adapted specifically for the survival in those territories.
