I've been looking to re-code my dragons' bios for a while, and decided to just make my own template instead of looking for one that fits! I figured I could share the code just in case anyone else wants it. There's space for artwork and info about your dragon's familiar, too, which can be omitted if you want. They're color coded on the document if you want to only copy up to a certain point. If anyone plans on actually using this, I'd love to know! (Like I said, it's my first time doing this, so it'd be awesome if someone actually used it for their dragon too! I'd love to see how it works for different bios!)
