Adverse Element Amulets are talismans that allow a user from a specific flight to be able to cast spells from their opposing flight as long as the user wears the amulet. The user's eye color also changes to their opposing flight as long as they wear the amulet. There is no limit as to how many spells one can cast or how long one can use it but dragons who have used it for long periods of time have been rumored to have their eye color stay permanently in that of their opposing flight. Other side effects have not been recorded due to the laws that forbid the creation of the amulets.
The Shadow to Light variant was the first recipe to have been invented. Only users of the Shadow element are able to use them and they will only be able to cast spells of the Shadow and Light flight when wearing the amulet. Following its closed publication in the Sunbeam Ruins and in the Oculus of the Eleven, the Oculus immediately deemed such an object as forbidden and dangerous. They decreed that under no circumstances can these amulets be recreated, lest they "create an imbalance in the elements". The governing body of the Sunbeam Ruins also declared it illegal as the recipe includes a sacred gemstone of the citizens of Light.

3. Drop both dark acuity fragments into the cauldron and leave the concoction in the fire until the night of the full moon. When the liquid inside the cauldron is white and transparent, move on to step 4.
4. Wrap the string around the gemstone and gently lower it into the cauldron. When the gemstone makes contact with the concoction, the liquid should turn a deep shade of indigo and quickly solidify back into a muck.
5. Once there seems to be no discernable reaction to be occurring, lift the gemstone out of the cauldron and clean the muck off.

The body of the wand is made from a stick. The type of wood used does not matter, but it should be treated with beeswax for strength. The important part of the wand is its crystal, which is usually made of sacridite. In order to charge the sacridite with the spell, put it and some glowing pocket baubles in a magic circle, and start chanting the lumos spell. It can be found in most spellbooks. If the baubles suddenly stop glowing, the spell was successful.
Once the crystal is charged, attach it to the stick. Tie some peacock feathers on for decoration. If the sacridite crystal stops glowing, it needs to be recharged.
To use the wand, simply point it at something and say "Lumos", and a ball of light will follow you.

A spell that allows one to commune with one's ancestors, usually used for asking guidance or advice. The dragon is allowed to cross the bridge (often viewed as a rainbow by the still-living) into the next realm for a short period of time, marked by the hourglass. Once time runs out, the unfortunate user is trapped in the realm of the dead. A helpful spirit or pyschopomp may lead the dragon back out, however.[/columns]
Light the incense, but be careful not to breathe it in too deeply. A mask may be helpful. All further work should be done in the same room as the incense, to allow the smoke to blend in with the ingredients. Crush one part sacridite into a fine powder and mix it with two parts unicorn dust. Let it rest in a bowl next to the burning incense for one hour. Mix this powder with the sand from the hourglass, taking care to ensure none is spilled. (The sand, being non-magical, can be spilled, and will likely have to be in order to make room for the powder.) Crush the hallowed ivy into a paste. Dip the earrings into the paste, letting them soak for an hour, and then remove them. Wipe them clean, and then move outside, taking the incense and hourglass with you. Put the earrings on, take a deep breath of the incense--at this point a rainbow should appear. Flip the hourglass over to begin the time, and step onto the rainbow bridge.

[nextcol][item=glowing pocket bauble]
[item=unicorn dust][nextcol]Information
Have you ever wanted to create a handful of glowing, shining, messy dust, that will glimmer like fireflies at night? Then these sparkles are for you.
Firefly sparkles are often used to give any object a bit of pizzazz, most often used during light festivals. They'll stick to almost anything, but come out easily when washed in hot water. They have no magical effect, however. Just make sure to keep them out of your eyes. [/columns]
Procedure
First, crush the luminous almonds into a fine dust. Crush enough to fill one cup.
Next, break apart three glowing baubles, and collect the glowing material within them. Put them in a container made from the shell of a crystalplate stinger. Leave the container in sunlight from dawn to dusk.
While the container is taking in the sun's rays, mix the almond powder with a half-cup of unicorn dust. Mix as thoroughly as possible.
Once the container of glowing material is done sitting, open it, and pour in the almond-unicorn dust. Add a drop of gold muck. Close it, and shake it to disperse the powder and muck throughout. Open it, and using a paintbrush(or even your own hand) to cover any object you want.

Used as a tool for dragons to see the history of inanimate objects, these adornments are quite rare and are almost never seen outside the Sunbeam Ruins. These enchanted objects are usually used by archeologists and historians to relive past events that a certain object has gone through in order to study them further. Unfortunately, these adornments may only be used by the dragon whose blood was used in the enchanting process and their descendants. The enchanting will not work without the blood; the headpiece would simply fail to gain any magical properties.
Only four tomes in all of Sornieth detail the procedure on how to enchant the headpiece aside from the Compendium, all located in the Ruins. Each one warns of the danger of donning the headpieces for too long. It has been known that dragons may start to lose memories of their own after wearing it for too long in a short span of time. Therefore, the whereabouts of all the headpieces are recorded in one of the four tomes by one of the Acolytes of Enchanted Objects.

Materials:
• 1 Small-sized Cauldron
• 6 Unused Ethereal Flame Candle Sticks
• 1 Hourglass
• 2 Bottle of Unicorn Dust
• 1 Clean Knife (Or any sharp object)
• 1 Golden Seraph Headpiece
This recipe will only work on a summer dawn
1. Light a fire and place the cauldron on top of it. Wait for it to preheat for 5 minutes.
2. Place all of the candle sticks one by one into the cauldron, 10 seconds apart. Wait for the wax to melt before moving on. One may eliminate any inconsistencies by stirring the wax.
3. Recite this spell thrice while channeling breath into the wax. Sussecor terapeara douq rep et muidem, muno ni mecul rep Astratsuli. The wax should slowly turn into a white frothy liquid.
4. Add the Unicorn dust and the sand from the hourglass simultaneously while still channeling breath.
5. Stop channeling once the mix ceases to bubble and recite this second part of the spell once. Itae mutat et munu rep murcas, subicauf aitar cahor maie tis eaem euqipris sie siretsa et ihim euqixidenem.
6. With the knife, draw one drop of dragon blood and drip it into the cauldron. The concoction should now turn runny and golden in color.
7. After leaving the concoction for 3 more minutes, submerge the headpiece into the liquid. The concoction should immediately turn transparent and colorless as the headpiece absorbs the golden color. Remove the cauldron from the heat and leave it outside in the sunlight until the sun is at its zenith.
8. Lift the headpiece out of the cauldron. The remaining liquid may be disposed of in a nearby stream due to its non-toxicity.

The staff of fertility was invented by Aurelia, demigod of the harvest. It allows the user to instantly grow a field of crops, or restore any living creature back to it's health.[/columns]
Find a dark cave. Extinguish all lights, and light the Sap Lamp. Then, take the Fossil, crush it, and sprinkle the dust in the lamp. The lamp should turn green and get hotter. Next, use the lamp to melt down the catfeather loop, and mix the remnants into the pigment blend. Use the pigments to copy the nature rune on to the gemstaff, and dip the end of the staff into the flame. You now have a Staff of Fertility.

While this bejeweled staff doesn't itself carry any magical powers, it appears as though it does. Which might make all the difference to how its wielder fares in battle.

First, they should take the broken bottle and blue pour 3/4 of the substance into the small shards. Then, sprinkle a pinch of the bottled embers onto it. After that, they should talk to a Frostbite Dryad, and ask them to blow on the mixture to cool the embers.
