Ooooo, this is getting quite intense! Leannan is going through quite the ordeal to get her revenge! And now Corwin is on her trail! This just keeps getting more and more intriguing! I can't wait to see what happens next.
Also, I have to say, I really really loved how your described the garden and the vines turning to stone. I could imagine what was happening so well!

Petall Thanks for giving this one a read too! Yep, Leannan is the kind of dragon who knows what she wants and will stop at nothing to get it. (I think it's only fair, since she inspired the same sort of blind fury in so many of her victims.)
The garden was one of my favorite scenes in this story, so I'm glad you liked that one! Writing creepy, otherworldly places can be pretty entertaining. ^^

Finally had some time tonight to read through Leannan's new tales! Excited to see the continuation with Corwin and what becomes of Khonsu. I remember seeing him around your lair a while back and was wondering when he would make an appearance in lore.
Absolutely loved the scene of Dwerulas' garden as well~ The descriptions of the glass and star-like fruits illuminated within a glowing cavern were really stunning. Thanks for including some Titania/Oberon and Sebastian as well! It is always an honor to have a few dragons from my clan make an appearance in your tales <3

awaicu Hey, thanks for reading! ^^ I'm pretty excited for Leannan's, Corwin's, and co.'s arc (just a couple left!) since it brings together a lot of dragons in my lair. I really appreciated your allowing me to include Sebastian and the others, too! I did consider having Leannan just go straight to Dwerulas, but it felt boring and rushed. I feel that having your dragons around really livened things up and helped drive home how dangerous Leannan's quest could be.
Thanks as always for your time and support! I aim to wrap this arc up by the end of BSJ, and I'm glad you're enjoying what I've got so far! :D

AAAAAAAAA THAT'S AMAZING!!! I loved seeing Khonsu's side of the story, and it's making me super duper hyped for the final showdown between the two of them! I don't even know which side I'm rooting for! Because Leannan is by no means innocent, but with Khonsu she was having a change of heart (even if it was the result of him charming her), and Khonsu here is just trying to protect his kingdom and Sornieth and AAAAAAAAA it's so good! You've crafted this conflict so well!

@Petall I was really happy to read that particular feedback, because creating sympathetic antagonists is something I tend to struggle with. Especially with someone who's further removed from humans than dragons are. I felt Khonsu's side of the story needed to be told, if only so that he didn't come off as completely cold and manipulative, and I'm happy I was able to make both him and Leannan more sympathetic!
Thank you as always for reading, and I saw your response on your Arcane Pinkerlocke too. I was all, "So that's where I've seen Garnet!" and remembered how she'd survived the Windkeep revolution. I can't wait to see how she'll react to the Forgotten Kingdom events and how they'll tie into your new lore! [emoji=guardian star]
