I think I agree with you about Blacksmithing being its own Branch, now that you make me think of it. I'll probably write it in tonight or tomorrow, and I'll hang onto your two Artists until I have the Blacksmith section up to list them under. Thanks for the reminder! (Kind of shocked at myself that I didn't think of it, I love fantasy blacksmithing.)

Hmm, well, it depends a little on why the dragon is an astrologer and how they use what they learn.
If they're studying the stars out of curiosity and a desire to know everything they can then that's a Scholar, maybe an Unspecified one. If they're trying to figure out 'mysterious stuff' like where the Shade came from/went that might be a Scholar of Mysteries. If they're trying to figure out why the Arcanist is so into outer space, that'd probably be a Scholar of Religion.
You have a bit of wiggle room here in where you'd like your dragon to go!
