Sorry it took me so long to respond WOW.
Thank you for critiquing me I absolutely loved your review. I tend to draw every strand due to a lot of realism influences that drew about 3/4 strands and the rest shaped clumps, however I now realized what such a thing, when not experienced, can do to a drawing. As for the fins I did notice that and it bothered me -greatly- however I don't think I have enough experience with experimenting with perspective to get it just right (needs to be flatter). Do you recommend any good guides?
I have some more for critique! I'd love your opinion on all my art so is it possible to put you on my ping list? You can respond on there or here, I don't mind!

You're welcome! And don't stress about the things I've talked about too much - it was actually pretty hard for me to find bad stuff about your accents! And if you have accents available one day, please ping me ;)

No prob! Don't worry about experience - all you gotta do is practice and you can improve within a matter of months, or even a week!
And of course you can put me on your ping list. I'll love to see what else you draw :D

I think that larger areas of shading can be done in areas such as the underside of the hood(where the neck is) and inside the hood. However, shading in other areas have been done pretty well!
Also, avoid shading with simply black or white. Try shading with colours of different shades.
Line art is a tad messy - try to make it neater or try using a larger brush for line art as sometimes it helps with the messiness.
Your proportions are pretty good though, and you have a cool style!

SuperNinjaDragon THIS WASN'T A DRAG THO -9/10
But in all seriousness, thank you! c: Will think of that next time. I've had big troubles with lineart being too wobbly (although here it's on purpose), so you have any tips when working with gimp? I have a mac, and my computer completely crash when I try to use krita (which I've heard is a good program). Any tips for that? :0

I've heard that Kirita crashes or lags with files larger than 600x600 pixels. I myself have never used GIMP or Kirita, so I'm not sure what advice I can give for that program, although I do use Medibang (Which is free! I recommend it!).
The program I use has this thing called Correction that automatically straightens/smoothens wobbly lines. I'm not sure if other programs have this however.
As for tips overall on digital art, I guess it's:
- Take advantage of layers
- Experiment with all available brushes and tools

Aaa this is actually so nice, would you do simple sketches as well? Like I'm super insecure about my art and I don't show it to anyone or showcare it anywhere. I'm still starting out but I would love to know what are really points of attention for me. c:

Sure :) I'll try to critique your sketches! You can post it here, though if you're uncomfortable about showing it here, you can show it to me via a message.

Ooh, this seems useful.
I'll come drag in some scenery doodles later, or maybe really soon because I've already got some stuff uploaded that I can put up if I find it.
EDIT:

Here is the hell tree. I smacked it together in 5 minutes with Medibang with the G-pen. Was going for something bob-ross-esque if I recall right. I threw it together a couple days ago so my memory is fuzzy but yeah here's sketchy painted tree.

That tree... is awesome :D Anyways, I have to critique, so:
There may be too much white
gaps in the tree(should be more 'filled' around the trunk). Also, if more
time was taken to draw the tree and add smaller details it may look more realistic.
I have no idea what else to say, haha. It looks very well coloured and shaded! Great work!
