I don't understand how the issue HAS to be McAfee.
I mean any other computer I've used and still have these issues didn't even have McAfee in the first place. So how could that be the issue?

It seems like there is something wrong with my account?
Would I be allowed to create a second FR account to test that?
Not sure if I am only allowed to have one active account here or not.

@AnpuRa We don't know what the issue is. We're not magically making McAfee the cause so that you're forced to uninstall it. We're telling you it's a problematic piece of software and may or may not be the cause, but the only way to find out is to remove it.

The problem is almost certainly not your account. The problem is your browser(s) or something interfering with them. As McAfee is pretty much the only thing directly interfering with your browser(s), and is known to prevent basic javascript functionality, you can see why we're recommend you remove it - even if only temporarily, as Vendrus suggests.

You 100% cannot create a second account, that's a bannable offense. Only do so if one of the staff explicitly tells you to.

EDIT: Nvm, found where you said you'd tried multiple PCs and they are on different networks. Honestly, this is really bizarre. You're the only person who's having this issue but you're having it lots of places, and this isn't the sort of thing that could sanely be an account issue afaik.

This is a long shot and apologies if someone's already brought it up, but just to check - are you clicking on the picture of the item in the hoard? Clicking on the border won't bring up anything.

It seems you have been having issues with the site for many years.

Ive seen many people telling you to clear your cache - so I'm assuming you've done it plenty so I'm not going to breach on that too much - however would you mind taking me through the steps you use to clear your cache?

Next, you took a hiatus (from posting) - understandable with the issues you've been having.

You tracked down quite the list. XD

None of these issues were ever really resolved, most just resolved themselves after site updates but with no real mention of it.

First, yes I have an adblocker but the ad run on FR.

The Vistas eventually appeared and I was finally able to add one on mine. One of those things that fixed itself after an update.

The Auction House works fine now and I have had no issues with things appearing in my Hoard. I'm guessing they still appear in the new Hoard. I haven't really explored that recently. Again after an update on the site.

The Dressing Room? I haven't seen the dressing room in ages. Honestly it has been so long, I forgot it was even a thing.
EDIT: I checked the Dressing Room. I see it, but it has changed so much that I have no idea how to use it, let alone, if it is working correctly.

I just clear my cache and cookies in the internet options in the top right corner.

Yeah, I took a long hiatus from posting in journals because, to be honest, issues would not get resolved there, people weren't generally nice to me and I didn't really feel welcome there. I didn't expect ANY response on this forum because of past attempts.

The Scenes? Yeah, I don't see those. Haven't in a long time. Again, I forgot they were a thing.

The stars by my name haven't been there for a long time. No one has them. Are they still there for people?

Yeah, the Hoard is still broken. I might have to ask someone to open my Strange chests for me so I don't miss out on them completely.
I'm hoping the Hoard will start working after an update as well

Yeah, I haven't seen the stars anywhere. I just figured they were removed for one reason or another. I never understood the purpose of them anyway.

I see the thumbnail for the Scene but nothing else. I know I have bought them, but I honestly thought they were vistas. I guess I'd just forget about them later.

No idea. I never really looked as they weren't my computers to poke around that deeply on.

The Dragon profiles are a lot different since the update. I never really messed with them much as I had no idea what all the extra bells and whistles did and didn't want to mess something up by pushing random buttons and tabs. It didn't really affect my time on the site so I'd just ignore that it was even there.
