the m pose gaoler has an odd layering issue with the eye and the braid - the eye seems to be on top of the braid, instead of under it like the other mane tuft.

That's a design error unfortunately - and I'd put it into the Gene Errors thread that's stickied to the top! Eyes always go on top of genes, it's impossible to do otherwise, but this should have been drawn slightly further back.
