Yeah this is happening to me too
More specifically I tried viewing a parent of one of my dragons but it took me to their lair and then Earlier I tried to click on a user but it sent me to my profile instead.

I'm having the same issue here with Firefox on Windows. If I try to click on a dragon after using the shortcut to get to their lair, it just keeps reloading that page of their lair.

Happening to me as well. Clicking on others' dragons sends me to my lair and clicking on usernames sends me to my profile with a different elemental browser.

Same issue here as well, on both my Windows 10 chrome page, and my mobile device using chrome. If I remember correctly, this was not happening yesterday.

It started working for me again!!! I can see other people's lairs now!
