TOPIC | Game Database Enemy Animations...
So I was looking through the database at the enemies for more NOTN trinket/chest grinding, and came across a familiar that looked off. I started to look at the others and their recolours did the same thing. The ones I have gotten look like this, they're entire body moves sideways across the box screen instead of staying in place. I highly doubt this is intended. But I can't say I'm 100% sure it's a bug either. This seems to happen to the newer added enemies, though not all of them do it. Not sure if any others are doing that, I checked through most of them and didn't see any others, I could have possibly missed a few however. Small edit: I am using Chrome. And if you want to see the animations in motion, I will link them here. Not sure if they'll show for everyone or if it's just certain webs and such. I noticed this too for the Cameo and Brooch as I was checking out the new enemy animations and was about to report this. They only look like that in the database; they look fine in the coliseum. Just checked and it seems to be changing the "background-position-x" element by the incorrect amount. Says it's 132x132, but it's actually not that wide, so when the frame advances every 132 pixels on the x axis, it's not perfectly lined up and makes the scrolling effect. Here, I made lines every 132 pixels to show how it doesn't line up right. Tested it with a working animation and this one is set to 125x125 and lines up fine
