i used up all my eternal snow but its still showing in my inventory

when I press the put in vault button it says I didn't select anything to put into the vault.

This is a known bug, with a tracked thread here. If you really want it in your vault, you'll have obtain one or more Eternal Snows.

Edit: You can also buy an Eternal Snow x1, resell it, and it won't leave you with a stack of x0 anymore.
