Required Breeds: Coatl, Nocturne, Pearlcatcher, Ancients.
Required Eyes: Shadow Eyes with Any type
Colors: Shadow, Shadow, Shadow
Required Modern Genes: Only Slime/Sludge. These can be paired with any of the required tertiary gene which are Glimmer, Smirch and Glowtail.
Required Aberration Genes: Slime/Sludge with Capsule or Mucous as a tertiary gene.
Required Veilspun Genes: Arc/Loop with Angler or Capsule as a tertiary gene.
Lore:
They all live in and around the various rivers that cut their way through the land of shadow. The eldest Bog Shadow's have laid claim to the River Delta the biggest and longest river that goes through the Driftwood Drag as their base leaving the younger ones without their seniority the other rivers to claim.
They may group up together or try it alone but they all enjoy playing tricks like suddenly rising from the river to spook someone or if they have glowing eyes using it as a lure to get someone wet or to embarrass them but they draw the line at serious injuries after all its not fun if someone breaks a bone or can't laugh at it later. They may work with other dragons within their clans to help out like luring a pest too the trap or shadowing the hatchlings on their adventures away from the parents to make sure they stay safe without hovering over them.
If there has been a big population boom its not uncommon for them to travel to other clans outside of shadow especially if they wanted to find a mate after all no one wants to find out that you had a clutch with your cousin. They do tend to migrate following the water ways and enjoy having some source of water nearby. The Bog Shadows are mainly nocturnal and tend to reflect that choice with their darker colors.
